Shauna strongly believes her non-real estate background is a feature, not a flaw. Before entering the industry, she worked as an environmental scientist in regenerative agriculture and mine closure, partnering and negotiating with landholders, businesses, government agencies, Traditional Owners and local communities across Australia

While the industries were different, the skills required were remarkably similar: listening more than you speak, understand people’s true needs and goals, and building trust through genuine relationships.

Those experiences reinforced something she believes strongly: people don't need more jargon, sales tactics or unnecessary complexity. They need clear communication, honest advice and an agent who genuinely cares about helping them achieve the outcome they're looking for.
